Prativa Subedi, MD
Dr. Prativa Subedi is a medical graduate of KIST Medical College, Nepal, and currently a Resident Physician at SUNY Upstate Medical University, New York. She also serves as the Secretary of the Resident and Fellow Forum, where she works alongside a dedicated team committed to advocacy, inclusion, and resident well-being. In her leadership role, Dr. Subedi helps foster a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where residents and fellows feel empowered to voice their concerns. She actively engages in open dialogue with hospital leadership, ensuring that issues affecting trainees are addressed with transparency, accountability, and empathy.
Beyond her administrative and clinical responsibilities, Dr. Subedi is deeply passionate about health literacy, dignified menstruation, body positivity, and women’s empowerment.
