Write your Hook → Fact → CTA script. Self-score using the CCI checklist. Revise until you reach CCI ≥ 90. Share with a peer for feedback

3. Record & Edit

Record using your phone (1080×1920 vertical). Edit in CapCut or iMovie: trim, add burned-in captions, add name tag. Export as MP4.

4. Score Your Video

Score your finished video using PEMAT-AV. Aim for ≥ 70% on both understandability and actionability. Revise if needed.

5. Publish & Post

Post to at least one platform. Tag @eHealthyInfo, @AJPHI, and 5 peers. Pin a credible source in your first comment. Apply the full SEO checklist.

Capstone Deliverables

Submit: (1) Link to your published video, (2) Your CCI and PEMAT-AV score sheets, (3) A reflection of ≤ 150 words explaining what you changed based on your CCI score and/or peer feedback.
