
Aakriti Karki, MD
Dr. Akriti Karki serves as the Director of Outreach and Public Relations at eHealthyInfo, where she strengthens partnerships and amplifies community engagement through impactful health initiatives. She initially joined eHealthyInfo as a Research Assistant, contributing to several medical research projects before advancing into her current leadership role. Deeply committed to community wellness, Dr. Karki has organized and led numerous health camps, blood donation drives, and public awareness campaigns across Kathmandu, reflecting her passion for improving access to health education. A mental health advocate, she has directed several digital awareness projects, including the Men’s Mental Health Video Series launched in May 2025.
Dr. Karki also serves as a Section Editor at the American Journal of Patient Health Info (AJPHI), where she continues to merge her interests in research, communication, and advocacy. Her multifaceted engagement embodies eHealthyInfo’s mission of fostering informed, compassionate, and community-centered healthcare.
I am truly inspired by the motto of eHealthyInfo-to fight myths in the community and bring out the facts. Mental health is a crucial yet often unspoken topic, but eHealthyInfo has provided me with a platform to raise my voice and contribute to creating awareness. Being part of this powerful movement feels both exciting and humbling. I feel grateful and blessed to contribute to a cause that truly makes a difference.
