Jonjie is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in patient satisfaction, care transitions, and healthcare leadership. He has served in multiple leadership roles, including Nursing Director, Nursing Supervisor (hospital setting), and Business Development Leader, where he played a key role in achieving and maintaining Joint Commission and other regulatory compliance standards. Throughout his career, Jonjie has successfully led initiatives that improved patient satisfaction scores, employee engagement, and staff retention. Currently, he serves as the Case Management Director at Providence Health Center, North Carolina, where he continues to advance quality care and operational excellence.
As an Advisory Board Member and one of the earliest supporters of eHealthyInfo, Jonjie has been a constant mentor, advocate, and cheerleader for the organization since its inception in 2022.
