Dr. Sagar Panthi is a General Surgery Resident at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, Lubbock, Texas. He brings his clinical acumen and passion for academic medicine to his role as Director of Research and Quality Improvement at eHealthyInfo, a digital healthcare organization dedicated to bridging the gap in patient education and advocating for patient wellness.
In his voluntary leadership role, Dr. Panthi contributes to:
- Grant Writing – drafting proposals to fund patient education projects.
- Research Leadership – leading systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and inpatient database studies.
- Quality Improvement – developing strategies to strengthen patient health outcomes.
His ongoing projects include the Pfizer Cancer Cachexia Education Grant, systematic reviews on Risankizumab for Crohn’s disease and colectomy for chronic constipation, and initiatives on men’s mental health and resident education in digital health advocacy. Trained to be a surgeon and deeply committed to public health education, Dr. Panthi has been an invaluable member of eHealthyInfo since early 2025, leading with intellect, empathy, and an unwavering drive to improve patient care through science and education.
