You will be assigned one manuscript from a fellow cohort member to review.

Complete the following:

1. Run the article through Hemingway Editor. Record the reading grade level.
2. Complete the AJPHI Review Checklist (all 8 criteria).
3. Write a formal reviewer letter with:

     — A 2-sentence summary of what the article does well

     — A numbered list of required revisions (minimum 3, maximum 7)

     — A clear recommendation: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject

Timeline: Submit your review within 7 days of receiving the manuscript.
